Natural Disaster Emergency Residential Areas


Prefabricated emergency life units are assembled due to urgent housing needs of a large number of people arising from natural disasters such as earthquake, flood, landslide, tsunami or unnatural causes.

Our standard solutions consisting of different planning types were prepared by considering fastest production, delivery, assembly processes. Prefab emergency life units which we named Yonca (clover) Housing solutions were carried out with the logic of "One clover for 4 families" and it was projected that large families and more families in number can be accomodated with the increasing number of clovers by placing prefab buildings side by side in groups of one, two, three and four.

Assembling of prefab emergency life units which are produced with Hekim Panel System will be on concrete ground. However Yonca houses are also produced in frames (building has its own sub-ground) for unsuitable grounds. The building comfort conditions and details are designed by considering harsh conditions. The aim is to solve accomodation problems of the needy in the fastest way possible.

Panel Sistem ile üretilen prefabrike acil yaşam ünitelerinin kurulumu beton zemin üzerine gerçekleştirilir. Ancak uygun olmayan zeminler için, Yonca evler şaseli (bina alt zeminli) olarak da üretilmektedir. Bina konfor koşulları ve detayları zor şartlar düşünülerek tasarlanmıştır. Amaç en hızlı şekilde ihtiyaç sahiplerinin barınma problemini çözmektir.





Technical Specifications

Explanation:
Light prefabricated buildings, with their production system as weldless building technology, can be applied to all kinds of layout plans according to their purposes of use in such a way that their widths and lengths will be multiples of 125 cm. Panel measurements are 1250*2500 mm. Light prefab buildings are designed in a way compatible to more than one assembly-disassembly.
All architectural plannings, designs and technical drawings are made with ARCHICAD 9 TR, STRUCAD (Structural Steel Detailing System Version-16) and Autocad, STA4CAD, ÇELİKPROIV softwares, engineering calculations are made with SAP 2000, CFS software by our technical staff. All material used are TSE certified.
