ARMORED CABIN

Ozge Yapi A.S. is presenting many various advantages to its users with its new product B7 Armored Security Cabin which they developed regarding this delicate issue.

B7 armored security cabin which is produced for the purpose of defense, assault, reconnaissance and observation comes up as a product to make an impact on its sector with solutions it offers in satisfying various needs and with its different design.

B7 Armored Security Cabin can be used in all kinds of areas where attacks against security of life and property are in question, with the armored structure it has, alarm and siren device, camera systems and assault weapon installation which can be mounted if required.

It is a product which enables the related security staff to execute their duties without getting harmed in all stages where risks related to security takes part; especially embassies, consulates, police stations, military buildings, police headquarters, bank headquarters, international convention centers, private companies. It is specially designed to protect against assaults with firearms or afebrile arms and similar offences, dissuading criminals or facilitating the catch of the criminal after the action.

In the B7 Armored Security Cabin the security staff can monitor outside and record what he monitors during any moment of the assault with its cameras controlling outside and inside, while he has maximum protection inside. At the same time, a central security unit can easily follow the situation of the staff inside the cabin during an assault by monitoring the inside of the cabin.

In the case of an outside assault, there is a siren system in the B7 Armored Security Cabin to put the assailant in panic. As well as shocking the assailant with siren system, it is an efficient way to inform the neighborhood about the assault also.

The target is marked with laser and shooting is realized from inside the security cabin to neutralize the assailant when required by means of mountable weapon system to B7 Armored Security Cabin. All display images and weapon controls are conducted from inside the cabin by the related security guard with the command and control desk inside the cabin.

The most important aspect of B7 Armored Security Cabin is it can be used not only as a defensive purpose, but also for the purpose of assault with the integration of technological monitoring, weapon system and suchlike systems.

Technical Specifications


B2 ARMORED CABIN TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

ROOF COATING

EPS-filled sandwich panel will be used in covering of roof construction (Plate thickness is 0,40 mm, top plate thickness is 0,50 mm, filling thickness is 40 mm). Water course which will be established by sloping the panels (to the rear side) shall be through eaves.

CEILING COATING

Incombustible EN 13501-1 A1class fiber cement coated 8 mm thick boards compatible to TSE 12467 standards will be used on the interior ceiling coating. Polystyrene hard foam boards 40 mm thick and in the density of 16 kg/m3 will be placed over the panels for heat insulations.

WALL COMPONENTS

Incombustible EN 13501-1 A1class fiber cement fuga coated boards which are 12 mm thick and compatible to TSE 12467 standards will be used on the exterior syrfaces. 3 mm steel sheet will be applied on the iner layer for resistance to bullet. Incombustible EN 13501-1 A1class fiber cement coated boards which are 8 mm thick and compatible to TSE 12467 standards will be used on the interior surfaces. 2 mm steel sheet will be applied on the layer for resistance to bullet. Polystyrene hard foam boards 80 mm thick and with a density of 16 kg/m3 (EPS) with fire class 81 will be placed between these surfaces to provide heat insulation.

PAINT

Interior paint colors will be RAL9001 (Cream)- Paint color of the body on exterior coatings will be RAL 9006 (white aluminum). Corners will be RAL 5022 (night blue). Silicon based exterior paint will be used.

LOAD-BEARING COMPONENTS

According to the requirement of static calculations perpendicular and horizontal load-bearings, roof and floor constructions shall compose of special wreathed profiles in the varying measures of 0,8-2 mm. Profiles used in construction will be cleared from corrosion and oil and painted in two coat poly urethane based paint to be protected against corrosion. There will be places for lugging left on the building to carry the building by crane, if necessary.

FLOOR

PVC roll with PVC Surface Thickness of 150 micron and total thickness of 2,5 mm will be covered on 16mm plain patternless fiber cement based boards on the floor.

DOOR

It shall be produced double-walled from heat insulated and bullet-resistant special profiles in the measurements mentioned in the Project and from 2 mm thick aluminum profiles. 4mm steel sheet will be used between walls to provide resistance to bullet. There will be double-security door locking system. Over the height of 90 cm (h=90cm) will be produced resistant to 23 mm thick bullet. Two-way“D” door handle will be fastened to the exterior door, along with minimum 3 hinges and pistoned door check. RAL9006(white aluminum)

WINDOWS

Will be produced from special aluminum profiles resistant to bullet, in the measures mentioned in the project and special glass resistant to 23 mm bullet will be used. Sliding Windows will be produced with bottom part sliding system opening. RAL9006 (white aluminum)

EXTERIOR COUNTERS

The surfaces on the bottom part of the building will consist of 12 mm thick Incombustible EN 13501-1 A1class fiber cement plain boards. Counters will be RAL 5022 (Night blue) olacaktır.
