Social Facilities

When it comes to social facility, we think of buildings compatible for mass usage where all kinds of different social activities are practised.

Prefabricated buildings are preferred lately in associations, clubhouses, foundations, hobby clubs, artificial turf football fields and sports facilities, scout camps, museum and library buildings, as well as mosques and masjids due to being assembled fast, affordable and aesthetic. Sound and heat insulation with hygenic conditions are provided easily in these prefabricated buildings open for mass usage.

The planning work required for prefabricated social and common life buildings, modularly produced and in which light steel technology is used, is carried by our technical staff consisting of architects and engineers. Besides, static calculations are made for each building on the basis of snow and wind loads compatible to the climate specifics of the place where they will be assembled. The mounting of the buildings produced according to these calculations is also handled by our own assembly teams.

Technical Specifications

Explanation:
Light prefabricated buildings, with their production system as weldless building technology, can be applied to all kinds of layout plans according to their purposes of use in such a way that their widths and lengths will be multiples of 125 cm. Panel measurements are 1250*2500 mm. Light prefab buildings are designed in a way compatible to more than one assembly-disassembly.
All architectural plannings, designs and technical drawings are made with ARCHICAD 9 TR, STRUCAD (Structural Steel Detailing System Version-16) and Autocad, STA4CAD, ÇELİKPROIV softwares, engineering calculations are made with SAP 2000, CFS software by our technical staff. All material used are TSE certified.
